We use a secure site and shopping cart. Of course, the Department of Defense thinks
their site is secure, too, so if you want, you can order by fax, US mail, or telephone.
You may fax in your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Ordering By Fax Or Regular Mail:
ORDERING BY FAX:
1. Select items from the online catalog and add them to your shopping cart.
As you make and complete your order, watch for the "Choose Payment Option"
selection box.
2. Choose "Check or Money Order." Once you have received an order total,
you'll be given the opportunity to print the order form on your printer.
3. Fax the printed order form to (440) 466-8011. Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Be sure to include your credit card information on the
printed form. If you are mailing the order, please remember to include your
check or money order in the envelope with the order form -- and see the
ORDERING BY MAIL instructions below.
ORDERING BY PHONE:
1. For phone orders, once again watch for the "Choose Payment Option" screen
selection box. Choose "Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone." Once you have
completed your order, follow the directions given to you by the shopping
program.
2. Fill in all pertinent information, including your credit card information.
That way, you don't have to fumble around on the phone -- or at least not as much.
3. Call us at 1-800-362-6751 between 9AM and 5PM EST or EDT depending on what time
of year it is. If you reach our voice mail, leave a contact name and number and
we will return the call.

number. Without the proper information, your order may be held up to 14 days for
verification.

Hey, we only have a couple personalized items. These MUST be ordered by our website,
FAX, or via Mail. No phone orders. We sure you want no mistakes on Fire Chief Bob's
retirement clock.
