Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions

Prices shown are for mail orders only. Pricing of Old Firehouse Wines and Firehouse Cellars are different at the winery and local retail locations.

Adult Signature: An adult over 21 years of age must be available to sign for the delivery of all wines. We CANNOT ship to a PO Box, only to actual street addresses.

Shipping Times: Most orders are processed for shipping by a common carrier with 24 hours on weekdays. Actual shipping times vary by state. Arrival times are affected by variables beyond the control of Old Firehouse Winery and are not guaranteed.

Claims and Breakage: Any claims shall be made with Old Firehouse Winery within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods. Please email a photo or photos to sales@OldFirehouseWinery.com.
